Jen Hoytt

A long, long time ago, back when people used rotary phones, Jen was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Growing up on American television and radio, (because there was only one Canadian television station which only showed Dudley Do-Right reruns) she unknowingly prepared herself for American culture, when her family moved to East TN. She attended Walters State Community College and while in the theater program, she met her husband. She was raised Catholic. He was a part-time Lutheran. They came together as husband and wife in an Episcopal Church — oy vey! It wasn’t until they attended Providence that they both became Christian. They have two children: a mini-him and a mini-her. They are very blessed to call Providence their church. Before Jen became the receptionist for Providence, she was a stay at home mom and volunteered teaching ESL at Providence.
