Ever wondered if you matter, or doubted you have anything to offer?

The Old Testament book of Esther is the unlikely story of an unexpected hero – a nobody, from a nobody people, captive in a foreign land. Learn how God placed Esther at just the right moment in his big story, and learn how God’s improbable providence is working in OUR lives, even when he seems invisible, and we feel insignificant. Esther is not only a true story, but a story that is perfect for the time we live in.

At Providence, we want to understand the Bible as it was written: in context. That’s why most of the time, we walk through one book of the Bible at a time, seeing how it unfolds as a story, what God was saying to the original audience, and what he’s saying to us through his word now. If you want to know what that’s like, come join us for this series! Providence is a casual environment where you don’t have to know any secret handshakes or dress in a certain way. Got doubts or questions about God or the Bible? You’ll have room to take it in and think for yourself, and plenty of open people to talk with.

Join us Sundays, April 22-May 20 at 9 and 11am!
