Discover God’s Word

We want kids to know the Bible – to recognize the story line, understand the themes, and feel the transformative power of God’s word, in order to know and follow Jesus. Kids learn best when they are having fun – and Discovery Street takes fun seriously! On Sundays in Discovery Street, kids participate in games, storytelling, and small group activities that allow creativity and healthy competition become a motivation to learn. We move, we sing, we laugh, and we worship.

Discovery Street happens at 9 and 11am every Sunday, and parents are encouraged to bring kids to the same hour each week in order to stay connected with friends and small group leaders. Because Discovery Street uses question-and-answer games to learn, we ask that kids only attend one hour each week.

Volunteer on Discovery Street

You don't have to be a Bible expert to help kids grow and learn the story of God. You can use your skills as a singer, dancer, or actor to help communicate the message of redemption. Got skills in media and sound, or want to learn? Do you know how to relate to kids in a small group environment? You have an exciting opportunity to use your gifts by serving on Discovery Street.
