Worship Team Musician
Time Commitment:
Per week served, the time commitment is typically 1.5 hours for rehearsal, about an hour of pre-rehearsal prep at home during the week, and a full day (2 services) on Sunday, beginning about 45 minutes before the pre-service meeting and ending with the last song of the day, which may be first half of the service or at the end of service. Total is about 2.5 hours during the week and around 1.5 hours of active serving on Sunday (not counting down time between services)
Summary of Expectations:
- Communicate - use Planning Center proactively. Be honest about criticisms. Be constructive.
- Prepare - make time for prep at home, come to rehearsal ready, use your creative talents.
- Connect - understand and pursue the Providence vision: MBU –> Connect with God, Connect with Others, Make a Difference.
