Tim earned his B.A. from Carson-Newman College, where he was a soccer player, and his M.A. from Tennessee Technological University. A civil engineer by trade, Tim has a passion for missions, especially to the third world. After going on a mission trip to Kenya in 2007, where he and a team of engineers designed a way to bring water to an orphanage and a neighboring village, Tim has been helping others see the importance of using their gifts to share Christ internationally. He also has a desire to see men come alive in the love of Christ. Tim is married to Susan, and they have two sons: Seth and Reed.  They have been members of Providence since 2005.
